Family is who we are...

but neighborhoods are what we do. Our values are the driving force of our commitment.

Most Americans' fondest memories were experienced within the vibrant neighborhoods in which their families resided. Middle class neighborhoods, similar to where Rebecca Johnson was raised, have experienced continuous decline over the last 10 years. As suburban migration decreases, and the job market demand increases,  we know the affordability gap can only be closed by rehabilitating America's urban core. As a result, FOBT LLC was formed. Founder Rebecca Johnson built a team of experts vetted in neighborhood renewal. Together they are moving a generation forward through environmentally conscious ownership, financial fortitude, and social impact.
