Master Schedule Optimization

Detailed review of master schedule.  The goal of this process is to ensure that student scheduling is in alignment with state technical guidance as well as institution philosophy for instructional growth.

 

Accreditation Preparation

FoBT works with experienced evaluators who are familiar with the school accreditation process.  The professional will provide a gap analysis of school districts and schools to give recommendations to maximize approval ratings and outcomes.

 

Systems Evaluation and Technical Planning

FoBT will analyze school based systems to improve school climate and culture.  Daily rituals and routines will be reviewed to enhance logistical operations, management work flows and constituency insight, resulting in enhanced operations that will promote student outcomes.

 

Data Analysis and Projection

Data analysis teams review current school data to identify strategic areas of growth in subgroups. The team will provide a school grade projection with recommendations to enhance student achievement opportunities.

 

Instructional Review and Action Plan

The instructional review team will work with the school based instructional team to identify opportunities for growth as well identification strengths.  The goal is to calibrate instructional practices throughout the institution to create strong instructional frameworks that will result in student achievement.

 

Impact Teams

Impact teams are designed to have an immediate impact on academic target groups.  FoBT’s team of expert will provide tailored instruction prior to high stakes assessments.  This team will cover strategic standards that will yield optimum results to enhance overall student achievement.
